9140 S 76th St. (76th & Ryan Rd. Franklin, WI)

Please R.S.V.P. with Coaches or Managers for information on what forms/fees/equipment, are required at the time of tryouts.  If there is a scheduling conflict for your child, please contact the coaches to inquire about alternate days that may be available for tryout.
