PLAYER REGISTRATION
Effective with the 2009/2010 soccer year and going forward, player registration will be processed online at:   Register Now 

Coaches, managers and tryout administrators are advised to collect the following at tryout registration:
-Completed WYSA Player Registration form*
-Player fee payable to Croatian Eagles Soccer Club
-Signed WYSA Release of Liability and Consent for Medical Treatment forms
-Verification of registrant's birth date
Please time and date stamp all registration forms received throughout the tryout process.

WYSA Policy states:
"Players must be notified within three days of the last scheduled (and advertised) tryout indicating whether or not an offer to join the team will be made. Players, upon notification that an offer to join a team has been made, have up to five days to accept or reject the offer to join a team. After the five day period from notification has lapsed, the team is able to pursue other players or the team may hold a spot for a player. Once a player submits a completed registration form and/or submits a deposit with the intent to play within a club, that player is obligated to that club for the registration year intended. For the purposes of which team a player first committed, the date (and time if applicable) on the registration form determines which club a player is obligated to for the registration year intended."

Coaches and managers are responsible for the collection of player fees. (Scott Suprise will provide
information about the 2011/2012 player fee.)
Player registration and payment of the family fee will be conducted online. The family fee, regardless of the number of players registered, is assessed according to the age of the oldest player registered to the club. Rates for players are as follows:

U6 and under:      $50
U7 and U8:           $100
U9 and U10:         $125
U11 thru U14:      $250
U14 and above:   $200

Note: The online registration system is unable to recognize and assess one fee/family. Please direct
guardians to register only the oldest player in their family. Registering multiple children in one family will require payment of the family fee for each child. Coaches and managers should submit paper registrations forms to the Club Registrar for younger players when the family fee policy is applicable.
